Submit Letters of Authorization (LOAs) through a simple online form that checks for errors and allows you to sign electronically. There’s no printing or scanning required! Caller ID Delivery and Storage

CNAM displays the name of a caller at the time a call is received by looking up the number in the national telecom database. With our BackOffice web portal, you can choose CNAM for individual DIDs, offering you maximum flexibility.

Enhanced 911 (E911)

All of VI’s originated numbers have E911 services available. When customers call for 911 assistance, E911 provides the address of the caller and routes the call to the nearest Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). This allows for faster, more effective response from emergency workers. Our E911 API makes it easier than ever to immediately update the E911 name and address associated with a particular DID.

411 Information (Directory Assistance)

Need to find a TN or company contact information? Dialing 411 will give you access to those resources. Would you like your business to be found by other callers to directory assistance? You can customize your DIDs with a listing in the 411 directory, enhancing business visibility.
