So how does it work? When customers call for 911 assistance, E911 provides the address of the caller and routes the call to the nearest Public Safety Answering Point
(PSAP). This allows for faster, more effective response from emergency workers. Our VoIP Innovations E911 service then sends out an alert notification, via email and text message to the resellers' specified emergency contacts.

Each 911 Alert Contact receives an email and text message notification when a 911 call is made. Let's say the kids are home alone and dial 911, mom and dad can both receive notifications alerting them of the 911 call. Titanium III provides real-time control, allowing alerts to be added, removed or updated anytime. This service works with both on-net and off-net numbers and is also built into our product API.
Another free add-on service we have associated with our E911 offering is called E911 Groups. E911 Groups allow the reseller to organize registered E911 DIDs by end user or customer. Each E911 Group displays the DID, E911 MRC fee, 911 calls, 911 rogue calls, rogue charges, number of alerts, date provisioned and total cost. Group stats and data can be searched, displayed and exported by date range. E911 Groups, along with DID Groups and Endpoint Groups, can be assigned to a Client allowing the reseller to display all end user services in one organized area.
