This is an inside sales position and a minimum of 2 years telecom sales experience is a must. You must also love technology, be passionate about customer service and closing the deal.
Compensation plan includes base salary plus commission, depending on experience. We offer a commission structure with residual monthly income. Medical, dental and retirement benefits available.
Sell and service new accounts and create new ideas to increase sales within an existing prospect database
Ask questions that move clients forward in their buying process.
Follow up thoroughly on each client commitment, prospecting, qualifying, and developing profitable new account relationships.
Manage the day-to-day relationship within the existing customer base and new business development
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Make cold calls to small-to-medium-sized businesses (past customers and new sales leads) to sell VoIP services
Handle incoming sales calls from sales prospects for all services
Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activities
Perform other sales functions including but not limited to outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, or mail.
