Submit Letters of Authorization (LOAs) through a simple online form that checks for errors and allows electronic sign up. There’s no printing or scanning required! Then view and track requested Wholesale LNPs with BackOffice port entries and automatic updates sent to email every time there is a change in order status. It’s fast, simple, and streamlined through one automated solution.
Wholesale VoIP - Caller ID Delivery and Storage
CNAM displays the name of a caller at the time a call is received by looking up the telephone number in the national telecom database. With our BackOffice web portal, our customers can choose CNAM for individual wholesale DIDs, which offer them maximum flexibility.
Wholesale VoIP - Enhanced 911 (E911)
All of VoIP Innovations Wholesale VoIP originated numbers have E911 services available. When customers call for 911 assistance, E911 provides the address of the caller and routes the call to the nearest Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). This allows for faster, more effective response from emergency workers. Our Wholesale E911 API makes it easier than ever to immediately update the E911 name and address associated with a particular DID.
Wholesale VoIP - 411 Information (Directory Assistance)
Need to find a TN (telephone number) or company contact information? Dialing 411 gives access to those resources. Additionally, it allows businesses to be found by other callers to directory assistance. Our customers can tailor their Wholesale DIDs with a listing in the 411 directory, thus enhancing business visibility.
Wholesale VoIP - SMS Services
VoIP Innovations offers wholesale SMS (Short Message Service) services on US48 wholesale DIDs. Purchasing an SMS enabled number or porting a number with SMS capabilities, can be easily done using the innovative Titanium III BackOffice. Each SMS enabled wholesale DID has the ability to send and receive text messages and our per message billing is simple and competitive. SMS service is easily managed online or using our robust API 3.0 web service.
Wholesale VoIP - Faxing Services
VoIP Innovations provides a fully automated inbound (fax-to-email) as well as outbound (email-to-fax) faxing capabilities on all T38 registered DIDs. Simply add fax-to-email to a T38 enabled DID and this end user will receive all faxes directly to their inbox. Setup up email-to-fax and your end user can send faxes using their email browser. Both features are easily managed through the Titanium III BackOffice and built into our robust API3.0 web service.
